In Peoria Heights, W.E. Sullivan's Irish Pub and Fare is temporarily shifting its hours of operation. The business announced it will open at 3 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the coming weeks. The restaurant will continue to open at 11 a.m. Thursday through Saturday and is closed on Sunday and Monday. The shift in hours comes as W.E. Sullivan's works to find and train additional staff members. "Our kitchen staff works hard and we want them to be at their best," the restaurant wrote. "In order to maintain a good balance, we will be closed for lunch on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
